Old American county fire Rip off insurance company Dallas Texas

My daughter was hit by an American county fire insurance customer. for one week this insurance company had an out of order busy signal. When we did get ahold of someone they said they had to get a statement from their customer..even though I had four witnesses, license plate number, all insurance information from individual that hit my car.

several weeks went by, we heard nothing from them. Three weeks later I called back. I was told this time that their customer did call them but they were unable to get a statement from their customer this time was because she spoke Spanish and no one in their office spoke Spanish.. I know where the customer works and I am not letting this ins. Co. Off the hook. They will pay this claim.

never heard of such lame excuses from these people.
