These reports are true and I did not believe but learned the hard way. I saw warnings on the internet so I did not go to the initial interview. Later they called me again after and explained that they were opening up new offices in my location and needed more people and hadn't found the right ones yet and that you can work your own hours. They said that you would take calls from customers concerning veterans benefits.

I thought to myself maybe I wouldn't be selling anything afterall it sounded completely different. I went to the "interview" and there was about 7 people there. The speaker who was "Joe" just went on about how much money you could earn. I have worked in a similiar field so I started getting concerned because the focus was more on money than helping people or the job description.

Afterward we went upstairs and if you had any questions you would see Joe. I sat at his desk but his attitude got cocky. He said he would call me that night but I had to be by the phone and made sure I answered between 5-8pm. He would only call twice and then go on to someone else. Joe didn't call me but Dorian Oldham did.

I made an appointment to drive back out to Lee's Summit which I don't live in the area for a second interview. I arrived at my scheduled time. Dorian wasn't there. The receptionist had no people skills and was rude. No one knew I was coming. She said she thinks Dorian forgot since he left with the big boss. She calls and was told to give me to someone else.

The lady they gave me to was sweet but asked for my resume and my questionaire. She found it and I understand she was filling in but I started having second thoughts. This is a company that treats me like this. How are they treating the customers? Are these the people I am trusting my paycheck to? Needless to say I left.

If the head man can't have the decency to be there for an interview or at least let someone know or have consideration for me driving back out to Lee's Summit when I don't live in that area I don't need to work for you. I am not that hard up for a job.

This was a complete waste of time for someone wanting to work for a company with morals and values and to treat you like a human being.
