This is the second in a series of reports I'll be submitting regarding the widespread  practice of probate court fraud, Medi-Cal fraud and conspiracy to commit probate and Medi-Cal fraud. Also, I will explain the fraudulent use of Probate Court Petition 3100.

In my particular case, there was also, grand theft, larceny, identity theft, notary crime, forgery, illegal use of the Department of Corporations, particularly phony document retrieval, slander, money laundering and tax evasion.

These crimes involves the elderly and their attorneys.The area of practice is elder law, living trusts and wills attorneys. This report, was preceded by a report written about  Cunningham and Associates of Camarrillo, Ca.

The subject of this report involves a lawyer from Encino California by the name of David Coleman. In my quest to expose the fraud and theft my mother and older sister committed, I scheduled a consultation with David Coleman, of Oldman, Cooley, Sallus, Gold, Birnberg & Coleman.

The consultation I scheduled with lawyer Coleman, actually preceded my hiring of Cunningham. In that consultation I presented the information I obtained regarding the estates of three of my elder males, father and two uncles, all whom had passed away within eight months of each other.

While in the $500.00 an hour consultation with David Coleman, he had his computer on and was searching something on the internet. At the same time he was looking over the trusts and information I presented to him. When he finished glancing over the information and turned away from his internet, he said to me and my wife, and I quote, "Let your mother steal as much money as she can, that way you will get that much more when she dies". He also said, "That's a TRICK the Karasov law firm does". That statement was regarding how my mother took away my fathers part of their community living trust property, after my father was well into his Alzheimer stupor.

The next bit of ridiculous advice he gave us was regarding, my dead uncle, who had left my father his whole estate fortune. My father having Alzheimer and receiving Medi-Cal benefits, could not receive this money or it would affect his illegally obtained benefits.  A phony living trust was written for my uncle, two months before he died, while he was in hospice on morphine. The money ended up in my greedy mothers account and Coleman stated, "She knew him longer than you". Is that what a $500.00 an hour lawyer should say? I don't think so.

This David Coleman is a complete goofball and a fraud. Don't use him to litigate wills and trusts. All he kept saying to me and my wife was, "Don't forget to pay me today", which I never did, and never will.
