Oletta River Emergency Phys LLC They want me to pay $ 2253.00 for a mammogram and a sonogram. Pembroke Pines Florida

On September 8, 2015 I went to Memorial Hospital to do a mammogram and a sonogram because my provider asked me to go there to do it. On December 15, 2015 I received a bill for $767.00. When I called , a lady told me my insurance ( Molina) denied the debt  which is why I am penalized. A second one came  it was $842.49 . Don't forget the first one said my insurance denied it and I have to pay $767.00. I keeped calling my insurance to know why did they deny my bill.

A few weeks later I got a confirmation letter my insurance already paid $1,710.51 and now the bill was $2,553.00 for what. How did the bill increase Without insurance in 2 years I went to Comprehensive Breast Cancer in Skylake and I always pay $300. One year after I went to Jackson to do the same and I paid $10 copay. I can't beleive that. Please, try to know what is so special. I have all the papers and I do the attachment as a proof.
