SIMPLE WEB STORE/HOOLY WEB DISPUTE Aug. 1
On January 19, 2015, I was contacted by a John Earnest. I went on talking with him, as I had been dealing with a John at Discover.Edu last summer and put them on hold for a while as we were doing some traveling and life got rather hectic for a while. I made the mistake of thinking this was the same John. Although, he kind of threw me when he started talking building a web site.
I was told they would do the web site for me and get me going in fine shape. I was told that I should soon have a minimum of 30,000 visitors each month, with around a 10% purchasing. Even a low 1% would give me 300 sales a month. That would give me a profit of $2,400.00 per month, and more than likely a minimum of $4-5,000.00 per month.
That sure sounded good, I guess too good, as I bought into it. Then by June, I'd had no visitors and no sales, just a lot of money gone out of my wallet. On June 13, 2015, I sent them a registered letter, return receipt requested, asking for a refund of work they had not done yet. Someone there signed for it, and that was the last I heard from them.
This Wednesday, July 29, 2015, I tried sending an email to John Earnest, using his Ignite email address and got it back. Then I tried him at Simple Web Stores and their new name Hooly Web, and got the same results. Next I sent it to 'support@simplewebstores.com', I got their automated reply, that it would be answered within 24 hours. I'm yet to hear from them.
I'm figuring that with what I spent with them and others they said I needed to get, I'm out easily over $32,000.00.
I've, also, sent a complaint in to the FTC. I did that last week, but have not heard back from them, yet.
What can be done to help me recover my money?

UPDATE--ON HIS SCAM
AUTHOR: - ()
SUBMITTED: Saturday, May 28, 2016
This is an update on mr. wonderful--Oliver Bigler. Last year after he had scammed me, he declared bankruptcy, taking the cowards way out. Now I see he is back at it with his Marketecture and trying to scam more people. So glad I happened to check on him today.
Now I can update my report to the FTC. Maybe he and Obama can share a cell? That would be nice. I know I'll never see that $40,000.00, but I can help him to not enjoy it. Then he can chase the girls? in his jail cell, instead of the ones working for him.

First of all, I would have replied sooner to your rebuttal, but I fell off my chair from laughing so hard. First off, you call me a liar and say there is no Oliver Bigler, or any of the web stores. Then you state that you are Oliver Bigler. Your whole reply must have been written by a four year old, or after you drank that F****** fifth of Bourbon?? Are you telling me you have a drinking problem?
Well, Mr. Bigler, you mention a lawsuit. How did you know that is exactly what I'm thinking. First though, I'm going to see what a few state Attorney's General and the US AG have to say about a case of fraud, theft, or I should say attempted theft on my credit card after I've cancelled with you. Then I'll just have to see what else my attorneys can come up with.
In the end, that $32,000.00 would have let you off very cheap.
From the many reports here on you, I can really see what kind of drunken cheat you really are.

UNTRUE REPORT: There is no Oliver Bigler or Hooly Web Service

This report is totally untrue and is destined to be submitted to our attorney for a lawsuit. We have your IP address and we are contacting the justice department to file charges on your childish acts. Since you're behaving childish, and being a true chicken by not showing your real name, it is my pleasure treating you like a child. And in the end, you will be grounded, which means you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law when we are done with everything.
We are TiredOfImposters who come onto ROR and post defiling reports to destroy our business integrity. As a result of all this teetering, I could not help but to drink a whole ******* fifth of bourbon to get over my anxiety. You imposters need to get a life and get a job.
But for your brave attempt of revealling who you really are, I will reward you with a coupon for a ******* pack of Keebler® Cookies. GO ENJOY! :)
