Again, on the advice of counsel I am responding to these callous attacks by Anne Ganton of Virginia, a mother who lost custody of her 2 boys for her violent actions, who was fired from 2 jobs in as little as 6 months, who has stalked me for the past several months and is hiding under anonymous or fictitious names on this blog. I am in the course of bringing suit against her for libel and slander. Her continuous attempts to contact me have gone unanswered and this venue is her only hopes of having a connection, by slandering me. Very, very sad indeed.

The individual that tries to protect the reputation of Oliver Kellman is deluded and has not a clue. A person claiming to be a relative of Kellman's claims he has fleeced his own family members. Starts off by claiming he represents a wealthy middle eastern family, is well connected on Capital Hill, blah, blah, blah. Truth of the matter is Kellman is a lying rat b*****d and orchestrates each scam as not to step over the line into criminal activity. Regardless, he falsely represents himself and his actions. I find it some what entertaining that the author to this rebuttal slams the complainant over and over.

I am submitting this rebuttal to a false blog posted to this site by anonymous, a woman with whom I chose not to pursue a personal relationship with. This woman posted misinformation and lies about me in an attempt to cause  me problems while I was working to support and assist the rebels in a war zone Libya.  I am addressing this blog of lies and misinformation only after having been advised to do so by legal advisors.  I am also attempting to have this blog removed as a matter of course; however, I am facing resistance from the internet company that hosts this site, because it is their policy to not remove blogs.  This company recommended that I pay several thousand dollars to their mediation services and still they would not remove the content, but rather, would offer an explanation.  This is obviously how the company generates revenue.

I have worked as a Washington, D.C.-based consultant, geopolitical and public policy strategist for over a decade.  I practice in the areas:Domestic & International Public Policy, Corporate Affairs, International and Domestic Business Development and Special Projects. I am a graduate of American Universitys Washington College of Law, having earned a Juris Doctor degree; and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, from which I graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice with a minor in forensic psychology.

Contrary to the blog stating I worked for Congress for only two months, I in fact worked for the United States Congress for five years.  I first worked for the United States House of Representatives in the Office Representative Sheila Jackson Lee as a fellow for one year.  After graduation from law school, I worked for the House Judiciary Committee under the ranking member, Representative John Conyers.  I left that position to work for Representative Elliot Engel as senior legislative counsel, where I was responsible for finance, energy and judiciary issues.  I subsequently returned to the office of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to serve as her Legislative Director and Chief of Staff where I supervised the congresswomans Washington, DC and Houston offices.   

After my tenure as a senior staffer in the U.S. Congress I started my own firm serving as a senior advisor to several royal families in the Middle East, several countries spanning all five continents and a number of companies and sovereign wealth funds.  I am the founding principal, President & C.E.O.  of OKW Holdings, Inc. based in Washington, DC.  The firm specializes in
geopolitical, public policy, financial services & business development.

The lies posted in this blog suggest that I am involved in the illegal arms trade; however, I have never been involved in the illegal arms trade, and adamantly deny this false allegation.  Moreover, my professional, business contacts know that these allegations are false.  In fact the only reason the woman who posted these lies about me was because she wanted to cause me problems while I was operating in a war zone in Libya.  These callous and baseless false attacks put my life at risk, while damaging my good name and reputation.  Anonymous also falsely states that I am involved with nonexistent cement deals and Broadway musicals to defraud people out of their money.  Again, I deny these allegations, as blatantly false.  I Google search of my company reveals certain companies of which I have been involved. I provided business development services to a Portuguese based cement company.  I was also engaged by Aruba Productions to provide business development services for one of their projects,Grumpy Old Men, based on the successful film.  While these false allegations can easily be verified, it is negligent at best for this website to continue to host these lies, posted anonymously by a woman who felt jilted.  Lastly, I do not have a criminal record, and there is nothing else to say about this lie.  Lastly, as one of my friends posted in their defense of me regarding these lies, I am not a womanizer.  I have great respect women. 

In addition to my political and business activities, I have been involved with various civic, community and philanthropic activities.  I have been a sponsor of Fight Night, a foundation that raises money for children in Washington, DC. I have served as a member on the International Committee on the Arts to the Kennedy Center as well as the James Smithson Society of the Smithsonian Institute.  I have also been a sponsor of the Washington Ballet, the Corcoran Gallery and a host of other organizations, as well as an active member of the University Club of Washington, DC.

Further, my legislative expertise and political experience has lent itself to a national audience, when I became the host of Political Propaganda or Not with Oliver Kellman on VoiceAmerica.  In addition to my own show, I have appeared as a guest and the subject of discussion in various print media sources, radio and on several television networks, nationally and world-wide including, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, CSPAN and Aljazeera.

I am very seriously about individual andprofessional responsibility as well as meeting the highest ethical standards related to business.  I have achieved and value even more the position of trust afforded to me in my role as a well respected contributor to the discourse on geopolitical events & public policy issues.

Some of my close friends saw the contents of this blogs, and its blatant lies and misrepresentations, and have responded by defending me against these baseless attacks during my time in Libya.  I would like to thank them for their continuous words of support and encouragement, as I have dedicated myself to the fight for democracy and freedom in Libya, North Africa, the Middle East and globally.  I will keep their thoughts and prayers in mind as I continue to ensure that people all around the world achieve the same freedom for life and liberty that we enjoy here in the United States.

Clearly Anne Ganten is now stooping to update made up names as responders to Oliver, when anyone can google him and dispute all these false allegations for themselves. Why dont you wait until Oliver gets back from Libya to defend himself appropriately. Oh...that would be too simple because you are callous, vindictive woman. I want bother to respond to any of your futile and senseless reponses. Apparently thats what you live for as eveidenced by your relentless harrasment and stalking of him, his family and friends.  Good luck to you.

I was shocked to read  this fraudulent, incorrect and baseless attack against Oliver Kellman my anonymous....whi is actiually a scorned, sad and pathetic woman whose advances were rebuffed by Oliver.  1st let me show the baseless and incorrectness of these futile accusations against Oliver who was clueless of these latest in a series of attacks by anne ganten against Oliver who is in Libya, risking his to work with the people of Libya who are fighting for democracy and freedom.  1st , Oliver is a graduate of the American University School of Law and in fact woked as a counsel, legislative director and chief of staff for the House Judiciary Committee, Congressman Engel and Congresswoman Jackson Lee. This is in fact something that can easily be verified through google and also shows a number of years of political experience working in senior level roles for Congress.  I have never known oliver to work in arms.... this seems to be pure fantasy. But i do know he is working with the producers on a Broadway musical.  This doesnt suprise me about Oliver...he has always been interested in the arts as can be seen, again, by googling, and finding his involvement with the Kennedy Center and Smithsonian museums.  In addition, a google search of Oliver also shows dozens of news articles with Oliver's political commentary, in print, television and radio media and anyone who has visited Olivers exquisite Victorian home knows of the countless pictures he has with past presidents in the oval office and at political gatherings as well as powerful senators and members of congress in his home.  And the false accusation of Oliver's attidute towards women could not be further from the truth...he has helped many of his friends both male and female with providing whousing in time of need, assisting them with finding jobs etc.  In addition the major law suit Anne Ganten refers to was in fact filed by her in smalls claim court by her when she heard Oliver had left for Libya to work with the Rebels who are fighting for their freedom and democracy.  Its sad that a site like this would print unverified false accusations from a scorned and vindictive woman like Anne Ganten against Oliver who by his very character is doing something the anne ganten and many americans are not willing to do.  So whilke Anne Ganten sits in the comforts of her home levying false attacks against a man who is risking his life to ensure that a people receive the same freedoms that are injoyed in America, we have only to read the tone of these attackes to note that this is a personal vendetta.  In fact Anne Ganten, is a divorced woman who has lost all custody of her children because she is a treat to them and her exhusband. In fact...pursuant to my research of anne Ganten, she has stalked and assaulted the reputation of several men when she could not get her way with them. Also, Anne Ganten was fired from her job at the Trans atlantic partnership and is now working as a secretary for Promontory Financial. I wonder what they think of her over there??? In conclusion, before you reach to judgement on a good man like Oliver Kellman, i would recommend that you read all the good things you can find on in as opposed to the one bad false claim by a pathetic and scorned woman.  Anne Ganten is paramount to the fatal attraction that does not seem to go away, as stated by several of Oliver's friends who report the continuous texts, emails and phoner calls they and oliver received prior to him going to Libya.  In fact, I remember one email from anne ganten sent to oliver's brother stating that if Oliver did not call her and give her closure that she would take it upon herself to be the protector of all women whose paths may cross his...Hmmmmmm???? Now what do you think about the author of this baseless attack???
