He asked for USD 12500 up front to do an internet marketing project. He never kept any of his phone call time commitments or his follow up commitments. After 10 days, I asked him to return my money as i could not work with someone who disrespected my time and who did not follow through on basic commitments. He had done nothing and delivered nothing yet. He said he would not return my money. I then decided that given he would not return my money I would follow through on the project to get some value at least. He refused to do anything at that point and demanded another $12500 to even consider continuing on the project - this was before he had delivered anything - not a single milestone. These are the facts, and I have the emails and messages to prove it. I teach mindfulness, ethics and integrity. Regretfully Oliver Talamayan has shown he does not hold these values dear. I was genuinely shocked and disappointed that he could so blatantly steal this way.

I would welcome any lawyer contacting me to follow this up - it should eba simple and easy case to sue for. I literally have his contract violation in writing and his actual brazen attempt to take more money for doing nothing.
