Olivia Sanchez Plemix.com Rip Off. Plemix rips off many people. and I was one of them. Plemix sucks! Bellevue Washington

I am a pissed off plemix customer who made this site because I felt it was my duty as a concerned citizen to warn other from being scammed by this company.
I placed an order at www.plemix.com, and TWO WEEKS later, I ask for my order status. They apologize to me, and tell me that my phone was being shipped that day. I take a deep breath, and thinking that it was a simple error, agree to let this mistake slide. 3 days later, my phone arrived in the mail. They could have at least sent the phone to me overnight, but I guess they decided to be cheap. I got over it. But what pissed me off enough to make this site was the fact that they sent me a USED phone. The phone had pictures in it, as well as old contacts. To make matters worse, the text messaging would not work as the default language was in CHINESE and could not be changed without this "software CD" which was NOT included in the box. Pissed off, I did a little digging and found that the address listed on their website is actually a UPS store in Bellevue, the suite number is actually a mailbox.

Scrubbing through negative feedback I found quite a few cases like mine, although this sellers feedback is high because of the volume the negative cases are all either defective, lost shipment or theft of payment.

If you look at the plemix site and X1387's store they use the same graphics. What do you know this seller is charging sales tax in WA, what a coincidence, its a high likelyhood that this seller is linked with plemix or in the same operation, selling their defectives on Ebay.

I will assume my defective phone is being sold to an unsuspecting user on Ebay.
