Olson Power Sports / The Family Exchange Unable to get the company(s) to contact me or return my numerous emails. New Braunfils, Texas

I made a purchase from Olsonpowersports.net of one ATV in November. Wanted to make sure that they could deliver before Christmas. I called and emailed olsonpowersports.net, The Family Exchange, Brandon@thefamilyexchange.com, Deddie@thefamilyexchange.com, and tracking@atvfun.net. None of these people or companies could be bothered to return any of my emails or requests for a phone call. I set a deadline that if I had not heard from them I would cancel the purchase. That deadline came and went and I had to stop payment on the purchase.

I wish I had read the previous article writen in 2008 about these companies, it would have saved me a lot of worry and time, but somehow I overlooked it. My bad.

A word to the wise.. The Olson Power Sports advertisement on the internet makes the company look large and distinguished and worthy of the risk of ordering over the internet. Please Google "The Famliy Exchange" and see who you are really dealing with. I believe, with this information, you will make the correct choice.
