Olson Powerports fraudulent company, investigated by texas police, TX attorney Gen., and BBB. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY, scam artists Internet, Texas

To all of you out there that are considering purchasing an ATV or anything else from Olson Powersports: They are not a real company, according to the New Braunfels, TX Sheriff dept. they have been closed down for some time but are still taking your money without any intention of selling you a product. I "purchased" an ATV for my daughter at the end of August. Before they had my money, Louis contacted me at least half a dozen times and sounded very professional. He assured me that my daughter's bike would be here by her birthday if I paid extra for shipping. I overnighted a money order to their physical address and tracked it online to make sure that it made it there, which it did on Sept. 1st. Since then I have called them at least a dozen times and emailed them a few times as well and have never heard back from them. Suspicious, I started researching them online and was horrified by what I found online and at the BBB. So then I contacted my local sheriffs dept. and two different branches of the New Braunfels police dept. When I called them I didn't even tell them the name of the company I had ordered from and the first thing they said was, "you're calling about Olson Powersports, aren't you?". They then informed me that they have done a thorough investigation of the business and that, even though it is a fraudulent company, it is a civil matter and I have to go to the TX Attorney General with it, whom might I add already has a suit building against them. So, as of now, I am working with my D.A.'s office and sheriff dept. to get my money back and I am still completely and utterly shocked that they are still able to get away with what they are doing! I will keep everyone updated as my case goes forward. But remember, Olson Powersports if a fraudulent scam company, do not order through them!!!!!
