I purchased an ATV from olsonpowersports.com on Dec. 2 . Monies were deducted from my account on Dec. 3, the website states that the item would be shipped in 5-7 business days. I have tried contacting them numerous times by telephone and email to see if my order had been shipped. I have not been able to reach anyone. It has came to my attention that a lawsuit has been filed against the owner of the company Brandon Olson as of Dec. 8th and there has been a freeze on all assets. The lawsuit was filed by the Texas attorney generals office Mr. Abbott. I have contacted the New Braunfel police who instructed me to contact the attorney general and I will be doing that on the next business day. I have also contacted the BBB of Texas. I encourage all others to do the same
