Oluremi Sano dba Fihankra Dance & Fitness Non Repayment of Loan Arlington Texas
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Response to Ann Vanderberg Small Business Loan
I loaned Oluremi a large sum of money to keep her studio afloat back in 2014. I had her sign a Promissory Note with generous terms. She never made any effort at all to pay any portion of the loan. I have sent her two letters with no response.
She has no regard for others and is a total con artist. I checked records online and she has several other claims filed against her. I am adding to her list of lawsuits as I'm filing a Small Claims Petition with the JP Court tomorrow.
Do not do business with this woman. You will get ripped off and probably will never recover your money.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Response to Ann Vanderberg Small Business Loan
AUTHOR: Oluremi - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, July 08, 2018
This rebuttal is filed 3 years after the initial attempt to "smear" the reputation of my dance studio and myself. Ann, who did not use her name in this report, was a student and did make a small contribution ($1500) to my studio to try to help the doors stay open after new owners came into the area and overhead became unbearable to most businesses in the Deep Ellum area. The slander is to overstate the facts! The facts are that the business was in decline, and fundraisers and other efforts were done to help the studio stay afloat. Ms. Vanderberg's personal loan was not taken for granted and eventually was written (not forgotten) into a Ch. 13 business bankruptcy. She, like others who use the internet to try to encourage lack of patronage of businesses, did not allow for natural time for true resolution. She is still formally written into a federal bankruptcy so that her loan could be paid and recorded, not forgotten. There is no "con" characteristic in taking full responsibility for a business that does not survive economic hardship. On the contrary, the time it takes to handle these difficulties professionally with an attorney's assistance may not match up with people who would like to make it seem like something it's not. These are the facts, and they are recorded in a federal bankruptcy that anyone can look up on line. This so-called "rip off" report was left without response for 3 years, because it is nonsense and any trends, good or bad, up or down, with my former dance studio are recorded professionally by my attorneys. Any questions about the actual facts of this case can be directed to my attorneys at Allmand Law (Hurst, Tx)..... Any additions will be referred here on to a slander and laibel civil lawsuit, as I do not wish to re-open old wounds. But wanted to add a rebuttal since people do use the internet for reference to business.
