This internet post has been posted unanswered for 3 years, because it is slander, laibel and complete fabricated innuendo which did not hold up in the company that she originally reported it, which is Kyani Inc. The attachment of slander to my former dance studio is also false because my studio was not open at the time I met her. Her family was not "scammed" out of any money. She signed up to be an Independent Distributor in the same company I'm in, Kyani. Any money Ms. Fontaine transferred was was applied to she and her mom's distributor enrollments which went to Kyani Inc. not my dance studio; and neither had the full amount to enroll initially, so they paid in payments which were collected through PayPal. Their enrollments are part of the companies records. Though facts of these transactions were fully reviewed by our company, and ultimately ruled in my favor [and I am still a fully operating distributor], there were attempts to harm my reputation and good standing in my company that did not pan out in Ms. Fontaine's favor. She tried to make the issue larger than it was, and discolor the facts. The fault, if any, is in meeting people who do not have their money up front to enroll in their distributorship, and trying to help people who cannot help themselves at the time they are looking for answers. It is a business lesson learned, and I came out on top.

This report also did not include that Ms. Fontaine lived in my house for 2 months without being charged, while she and her family were having financial difficulty. It is a shame that the internet is a place where people try to destroy, without both parties being able to give full factual info. Nonetheless, any more comments of this nature will be dealt with by my attorney at Ross & Matthew's Law Firm, in a slander and laibel civil suit--which I have given this "rip off report" to them to review. This is an old issue (3 years old) that I do not wish to re-open, but wanted to address in rebuttal since the internet is used to research businesses.
