 I ordered four New Era cap carriers. Instead they sent four terrible looking, worthless caps that no one would want. I took a picture of the caps and sent them to their customer service e-mail and requested that they either send me the cap carriers that I ordered or issue a refund to my bank account. I received an email acknowledging that they sent me the wrong items. However, they refused to send me what I ordered or issue a refund. I have repeatedly emailed them over the past month pleading with them to do what any reputable vendor would do when the make this type of mistake.

Each time they have only offered to send me the cap carriers if I place a second order and transfer more money from my bank account. I have asked them specifically why would I pay double for the items that they have thus far failed to send me and they will not answer that. I have never had a company openly admit they sent me the wrong items and continually refuse to make it right. At this point, I am out the money and have nothing to show for it.
