Absolutely a rip-off company. School teacher Daughter arranged for HHG shipment from WA to Las Vegas. Initial estimate was $1300 and delivery total skyrocketed to $3000. Labor, packing material, and weight additions were all exhorbitantly added. Absoultely ZERO calls on delivery date. Told that shipment would leave on a Tuesday night and would be in LV on a Sunday. Now 12 days later and still no delivery. "Manager "Brian is rude and does not provide any information. They have held to the clause in their Estimate that they have between 5-15 days from their estimated delivery date to actually deliver your HHG's. Driver has contacted daughter for delivery in 2 more days and has said that cost will be $200 more than quoted due to additional 'Hauling" expenses. Daughter will have to pay or driver will not deliver. I doubt that legal action will prove successful - but it is our only option. If you have had any success with $$ recovery, please let me know.
