Olympus Servicing LP and Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff fraud business Jacksonville, Florida

I had a mortgage that was sold to Olympus Servicing in 2000. My payment history was excellent. Then I became ill and missed a payment, the next month I spoke to a rep and tried to make the payments. I was told they wouldn't take it , they were taking my house. Nothing I could do. Six months later, after speaking to the Regents in charge of foreclosures they are ready to work with me. Now I am behind 6 months plus outragous fees totalling over $5400. They set me up on repayment plan said for 6 months at more than double by payment, turned out to be 9 months. I had two months to go, ask for a pay off they refuse, after contacting an attorney I get the payoff for over $6000 more than the principal. I ask for an accounting of where the $7600 I have paid has gone and they refuse. Now they sold me to Fairbanks.

Fairbanks says they do not have the info. Can't get it either. My payment due date with Olympus was the 26th, I paid them $1000 on the 28th of Aug. after they again threatened forclosure. Their payment didn't get to them on time, a Western Union snafoo.Even though the contract belongs to Fairbanks as of 9-1. I call Fairbanks to confirm the events and they say my payment is late. Now they say I owe them$236.04 late fees!

I tried to talk to them, they do not listen. I usually get put on hold, today for almost an hour until they closed. I call and get hung up on. I ask for supervisors they refuse.

My loan has been with them only 16 days and already I am being ripped off and abused. I would love to enter a class action against BOTH these companies. I am wondering if it is the same company? My last two payment have not been credited. Everyone has different amounts, a lawyer and mortgage company both agree this is wrong but no one knows what to do!
