I ordered a spa from this company and made the payment in full. They told me the delivery would be a few weeks late because of a part. The spa never arrived and they never refunded my payment.
Since then I have contacted them numerous times and most of the time they never returned my emails. The few emails I have received were filled with excuses and lies to what was going on.
It has now been over a year since the payment was made and nothing. No refund and no spa. Not even contact from the dealer Omaha Spa Works.
People and companies like this need to be shut down. I saved my money to buy something trusted a company and they stole that money from me.
