OMAIUSA Ray Lichtman Scam, Fraud, Deceit, Poor Business Practices Oceanside New York

I worked for two weeks for this company as an independent contractor.  Ray Lichtman, the owner, agreed to pay me $28 an hour for sales consulting and to build his client and contractor bases.  Right after I started working he began sending several emails a day about a quota, how to prospect and how to sell.  I sent hom an invoice on August 11, 2017 for the first week of work and he has not paid that invoice.This company was very disorganized, without a CRM, bad leads, only a few engaged contractors and few clients.  Mr. Lichtman attempted to argue with me about how do "do my job". even though I was an independent contractor.Communication was ineffective, payment has not ben made, and the business is poorly run.  My advice is to stay away from this company
