We are currently seeking other victims of Omar Fitzgerald of Fitzgerald Holdings, LLC. Mr. Fitzgerald has taken funds from several investors and promised returns, similar to the scam that he was sanctioned for in the State of Maryland in 2009, and has failed to repay said funds. Part of our discovery leads us to believe that Fitzgerald has now relocated to the Tampa, Florida are and has recently acquired personal assets. We have been told on numerous occasions of transfers being made to repay our investment, yet nothing materializes and there is another story and promise of payment.
If you have invested with Fitzgerald, please advise as we are preparing a case to file a complaint with the US Attorneys.
