Omega Capital Consultants Nicole D fraud scam deceptive business practices San Diego, California

I entered into a JV business agreement with Omega Capital Consultants AKA Nicole D.  The purpose of the JV was to profit from a program she offered through an offshore investor group.  No offshore investment ever existed.  My investment funds were sent to her bank account and never returned.  She has used deceptive business practices, lies, scams, false promises, and bogus emails to cover up the fraud she has committed.  When pressed to provide proof of my funds being returned by the investor group and her subsequent lies stating that the deposit was waiting to clear her bank by the FED, she stated she could no longer communicate with me by direction of her attorney.  If you google her company "Omega Capital Consultants", you will see she is an active investment broker on the internet offering programs to investors to participate in.  She is a fraud and a scam artist and is deceptive in her business practices and completely non-transparent.  investor beware....
