Omega Meats, Butcher's Best, Dennis Ostromecky 757-359-5432 ; shady business, deceptive pushy salesmen, fake internet address, doesn't honor refund policy, bait and switch with office personnel, freezer meat seller, not with Better Business Bureau, Portsmouth, Virginia

I was confronted by a salesman by the name of Dennis Ostromecky, a fast talking salesman who wouldn't take "no" for an answer to selling frozen meat.  He immediately gave me a guilt trip with saying that I was the last stop before he went back to the office and he was just trying to unload some of the meat at a great price.  He started fast, shady talk, showing me boxes of meat that apparently "my neighbor" just purchased as well and oh by the way, the neighbor supposedly asked that he come back later in the month---yeah right.  He then targeted a military aspect and said that tons of military buy his products--yeah right.

The flyer he handed me shows a company called "Butcher's Best" with a fake website.  "Butcher's Best" was formally "Omega Meats" which is all over this rip off report site.  BEWARE!!  Appears the address is still the same in Portsmouth, Virginia.  The flyer prices were sky high, $400-500, which of course, he drastically dropped the price to make a deal.  I'll show my cards, I got hooked like a sucker and paid for a box of frozen meat.  

After the purchase, I researched and found plentiful reports about this individual and the company Omega Meats now known as Butcher's Best, along with their rancid rotten meat reputation.  I wasn't going to touch anything and demanded a refund the next day within the published "3 day" policy.  Yep, you guessed it---no return phone calls, no show-ups at my residence, no refund.  After calling the company number 757-465-9300, it was all bait and switch with whoever was on the other end of the phone line, like "he must be busy", "he will get around to you", "he is in the field"....to no surprise, wasting away 3 days. 

I have tried unsuccessfully to get "Dennis" to deliver a refund to my house as per the company policy and if I were you, I would stay FAR AWAY from this company and whatever it is selling. Please let my loss, be your success in learning from my mistake!  Don't let you or your family get swindled!!
