This product only works with your metabolism speed and if you have a slow one, it hardly works at all. I know we all want to lose fast and be beautiful. But a sensible diet and there are good ones out there that if you really want to lose can really help you. You can adjust most of them to foods you can and not have to struggle with the foods you can't. Be sensible YOU have to want to make the adjustments to help YOU. Exercise helps start with something light, even if you can't walk much go on two ten minute walks one in the morning and one after dinner, don't eat heavy after 7:30 pm. Lite snacks is ok but you have to limit what you do. Because you will succeed in your goals but you have to want to succeed.

These pills will also effect when you take vitamins such as Omega-3s and destroy them because they are a fat and harm your system. We are all beautiful inside and our bodies are our temples. Only we can stop the Slime Bags that make promises we dream for that can harm us so bad. But they don't care, they got the bucks, Your bucks!! And you're out monies you couldn't afford to lose because you want to at last be the beautiful person you are inside and out.
