I wouldn't trust these people; they practice some devious, deceitful practices. I traveled a fair distance for a job interview and they discriiminated against me on sight. But they cover their behinds by administering a bogus "test" to applicants. This is a demonic math test that is irrelevant to the job at hand and is so convoluted that only a small percentage of people could even complete it. I was then called aside and told I had not passed the test so there would be no interview. Interesting, since the girl did not have the time to mark my test, nor were any markings visible on my test paper. This is a scam to allow them to discriminate against people on first meeting. Anyone contemplating any kind of dealings with these slimy people should be very cautious.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
To be fair

To be fair, the test is not all that hard. You're provided with enough time, the test only includes concepts from entry-level algebra and basic critical thinking, and you only have to score around 75% to pass. The test is honest and straightforward. While employed at OMG National, there were multiple times management was especially excited about a candidate, and was disappointed when the applicant failed the test. It's not a scam; it's just a basic skills test. It stands as a solid method for sifting through a sea of job-hungry applicants. Applicants either get scared and leave during the test, score too low, or actually pass.
