I strongly caution any employers that are looking to hire Omid Sharbati of Los Angeles, California.
He is a complete mess. We hired him as an account executive and he had specific goals to close business. He did not close any business for us at all. There were several issues with him - he was very unorganized, had horrible written communication skills and basically could not function as a professional on a day to day basis.
Omid will lie to you, steal money from you and then say bad things about your company!
If you hire Omid Sharbati of Los Angeles, California, you are doing so at your own risk. I strongly caution any employers, any HR managers, any company to do significant due diligence before hiring him. If you ask me, don't waste your time as he WILL be a cancer to your organization.

I am Omid Sharbati, during February 2012 I worked as an independant contractor for a California based organization, LED Global Corp LLC. The 2 individuals i physically met were Robert Das and Saila Smith, claiming to be 2/5 owners.
In 1 month I built a strong pipeline of potetial deals including the LADWP. Unfortunately, I quickly ntoiced several red flags within the company's warranty plan as well as a lack of crediblity from Das, Smith and the other "owners". It wouldn't matter how many deals I closed, this compant wasn't going to be around much longer.
I decided it was in my best interest to quickly end my association with LGC. Upon informing Das and Smith of my intentions, they became incredibly hostile and threatening. I am confident this post is from Das and Smith. Unfortunately this website doesnt require any real evidence to post a claim, I'm sure this practice supports their ruputaion repair business.
Please see the links below which detail the business dealings of Das and Smith within Los Angeles County. The 2 are now believed to have fled the country.
