Interested in blogging about such practices

I plan on soon starting a blog covering such practices by these tax resolution companies. I am especially interested in writing about how their actual contracts often don't match what they promise on the phone.
Would you be willing to send me a copy of the service's agreement (contract) they sent you? I would obviously ask that if there is any personal information on the contract that it not be included.
My email address is taxwatchblogger and is a gmail account (I'd spell out the email address but formatting at ripoffreport doesn't allow "at" symbols.).

Similiar Situation

There are two Omni locations...one in Florida and one in Colorado(with the rest of the poor tax relief companies).
There's a full report on them on ConsumerTaxReports.org.

Do your research if you're looking to hire someone. They expose Onmi and others on their unethical practices.

Customer Service Contact
AUTHOR: Customer Service Manager - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 18, 2012
As previously posted, any past, present or potential client is welcome to contact me in regards to any complaints they have with Omni Financial. I can be reached at 800.707.8065, extension 9541 or at customerservice@omnitaxhelp.com.
I, however, will not respond point by point to any complaint online. While much of the information we have on file is a matter of public record, we prefer to keep clients account information confidential and as I cannot respond to these issues without disclosing detailed account information, I will not do so.

I spoke to Omni and they will respond to this

Hi,
Summary: Omni Financial is going to try to respond point by point
Details:
An employee BT said he will forward up my comments to the top people at Omni Financial and also to the Customer Service person to formulate replies on the report(s) I read.
I was upset when I read this and other reports about Omni Financial. Today is Wed, Jan 18, 2012, 9:38am NYC time. I have a tax situation (see below) and thought Omni had a reasonable, fixed price fee.
So, I spoke to an employee of Omni who wanted my business (his initials are BT, but I also spoke to PL), and I told him that I was concerned about this situation spoken of on the web when you google "omni financial review"
A) a $10k ripoff:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/lawyers/omni-financial-flori/omni-financial-florida-lite-7b3c9.htm
Although initially BT said he did not have time to respond, and many allegations were meritless, I convinced him that he did not have to respond, but rather Omni should respond, especially the person who dealt with this case("Nathanial Richards ").
Also, I said that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) listed Omni Financial as "not BBB Accredited" and gave a C+ rating. BT said that was a company decision not to pay the BBB fee, but BT did not know what that fee was.
So, hopefully, Omni will respond point by point on the complaints, and the customer(s) will have a chance to be contacted and reply to Omni's response.
B) I'm going to include also:

C) and this:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/income-tax/omni-financial/omni-financial-irs-tax-troubl-df4f8.htm
I should add that BT said I had a deadline and he had a lot of other customers to take care of, and that they do good work. So, there was a pressure situation here, and BT said he'd give me a 10-day trial period for my $1,000 of the $4,000 to handle my delinquent taxes (which were due to 3rd party fraud.) So, it seems a mixture of being reasonable and pressuring me.
