After several attempts at downloading a SP1 Pack update to my computer and always getting a an important update failed and needs attention , I decided to go for a chat session with what I thought was a MicroSoft website ~ OMNITECHSupport .com~ Quickly the chat was beginning and I was told to not worry that my problem could be easily resolved ( 1st 15 min. are free) and ofcourse 15 min.s later I was told that the issue was more complex than expected and that a virus was keeping the important update from downloading. For $299.99 they could fix the issue and optimize my computer ... LOL! I said no thanks , then it came down to $199.99 and they could fix issue and optimization ... I laughed again ... come on we can buy new computers for that amount! And then I was told that the virus my computer hosted could crash my computer ... I still laughed and told them thank you for the time , but no thanks to the offer! And then I recieved a ... ok, how about $49.99 , and fix the issue! I said ok! Then my computer was remotely controlled by these pirates for 3 days, 24 hrs, and 5 different techs.! One tech. told me that my anti-virus Kaspersky was not performing correctly and that it was the reason that SP1 Pack could not download , and asked if he could turn off Kaspersky to resolve the issue, and that they could turn it back on after issue was fixed, but that he did not recommend it , because my Microsoft Essential (anti-virus) was better at protecting against viruses. I said ok. And then I was told that I need to reinstall my computers package that it came with, and for me to save everything for a rescue , as I may lose everything! Well , I tried to but my computer would not do this task. So I have other recovery rescue c.d.s  and I told them to go ahead! The chat was ended (finally) and I was instructed to call the toll free ph. # provided if I had any problems with the download. Guess what? I have lost everything ... even my task bar,and  the recovery disk will not upload! I called them back and they said for $199.99 they could fix the issue because this happened AFTER they fixed the SP1 download. As I am this , just any second my computer may crash and burn! OMNI Tech thank you for NOTHING! And people BEWARE of these pirates , DO NOT USE OMNITECHSupport.com!
