Omni Services, Gainsville, TX Shipment was not what we ordered and exorbitant prices were charged Gainsville Texas

 We were contacted and were offered some office suppllies from a company that was going out of business. These supplies were to be sent at a reduced rate totalling $78.62. The supplies that were sent were not what was ordered. We attempted to reach OMNI several times to return the items. Finally we spoke to Kelly Martin who told there was a 15% restocking fee so we decided it would be cheaper to keep the items. We were very surprised to receive a bill in the mail in the amount of $3587.70. We have had harrassing phone calls from OMNI and have told them not to call us again. They said they would call 6 times a day if they wanted to. We told them we would send the products back but we would not pay for them.
