I got suckered in by the continuous offers from SONY, was outside of my warranty, and figured it was worth the cost, since, after all SONY was offering the service.  Dont be suckered in!  This is a subcontractor, of whom must have a kick-back scam with SONY, and they have done nothing but wasted my time, money, and placed malware on my computer!  They have been monitoring where and what I do online!

They also disabled my ability to file complaints against them, until I had them wiped clean from my hard drive!  This company is dangerous and I am going to do all I can to make SONY drop them!  They play hot potato with complaints, and play games, wanting you to explain reasoning for refund, after multiple times on hold, and in multiple ways.  I am not playing games, and will get my money back, plus a pound of flesh, and hopefully have them dropped from SONY.  At this point, I will never buy another SONY product, due to this situation!

Sony has no obligation to support an out-of-warranty computer.  Thats why they directed this out-of-warranty customer to us.  At OmniTech Support, we always try to make sure things run as smoothly as possible for our customers. If a customer has an unfixed issue or is not satisfied with any services purchased, they may find resolution quickly by calling us at 1-800-966-9940 or by sending an email regarding their concern to support@omnitechsupport.com . There is no such thing as a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

All our customers know that if we fail to fix a technical issue, or if a customer no longer desires our services at any time, we will refund a customers money immediately, based upon the refund policy that all our genuine customers agree to. Also, in no way did we install malware on this persons computer.  We record every keystroke, every word of our interactions with our customers, so we can easily refute this totally unfounded allegation.  We have no control over which websites this customer may have visited which may have installed malicious files on his computer.

In this case, the complainer hasnt revealed any details with which we can use to determine if this person is actually our customer in the first place, which is extremely unusual, given our generous refund policies. We invite this person to provide some more details like, date of contacting us, the customer ID he was given, or his email address, so that we can investigate further into this particular case. We cant disable anyones attempt to complain.  Thats impossible  in this day and age. We never scam anyone or rip off anyone. Thats simply not our policy. We provide quality, affordable technical support. Thats why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
