I was pressured to purchase Sony support. Spent $200 to buy Omni Tech. Actually not Sony. They are a sub-contractor. Their service was terrible. Conned me into allowing them remote access.

Altho they advertise money back they resised refunding $200. Finally ageed.

They disabled my Sony Vaio computer. Blue screens warn of crashes. Cannot turn off. Very slow.

They demanded $200 to fix what they broke. Isn't that extortion?

Plan to pursue with Sony. If they are doing this to me they have done it to other Sony customers. Do not use Omni Tech.
