Omyogavibes China scam China Internet

 I ordered from omyogavibes after seeing an ad on facebook. They had some interesting products so I decided to make a purchase. Purchase was made through paypal and their website emailed me a confirmation stating that the item would be shipped apx 3 days after purchase. A week went by without shipment notification so I emailed them to find out what was delaying the order. I recieved no reply at all. Another week went by, by now the occasion for which this was a gift, had already passed. I emailed them again to try and get a response as to what the delay was all about. Again I got no response. Another week went by and again I tried emailing them.

Again I got no reply. I recieved an automatic email from them asking for a positive review. I wrote a very negative review. Again there was no response. At this point it had been about a month since I ordered. I contacted paypal to dispute the charge. Paypal took the information and notified omyogavibes of the pending charge back. I also went a step further and started finding places to write negative reviews. The first noteworthy place to write a review was on their Facebook page. I wrote a scathing wall post and also sent them an instant message demanding action. Again I got no reply. Finally after writing several negative reviews and also having paypal attempt contact, they sent me a shipping notification... no response to my emails.. no email to explain the almost month long delay...

just a shipping notification. Upon review of the shipping notification I realised that it was actually from a company in China or Thailand. While their website states that their products ship from the USA, in fact they do not. They ship from over seas. I believe that this company is a scam from China. It's likely that they had no intention of shipping my product. They sell small dollar amount items that could easily be written off as a loss to many buyers. Had I not went above and beyond to become a thorn in their side, I feel that they would never have sent my purchase. I am still yet to recieve anything and we will have to wait and see if my item was indeed sent, or if this is just another delay tactic.
