On Line Resolve/ Live Technician Called and used scare tactics to get me to pay Internet

In December of 2014, I could not access my gmail acct.  Password was not accepted.  I called the support # and got Live Techician who told me my IP was being used in 3 countries at the same time.  He told me someone had broken down 85% of my security and very soon all my info could be compromised.  After a lengthy fear installation on me, I agreed to pay $299.99 for a 1 yr. total security pkg on every device in my home.  Skip to July 2015-another call, this time from them, to tell me that the firewall on Google servers has expired.  Since I used gmail, I was at risk.  I quickly mentioned last December's payment, and told, 'Oh, that was for something different'. I protested with ' What does my paying you have to do with Google and their firwall expiring?   He took control of my screen and showed me in the console app a line or two of code that ended with 'Unidentified"  and said that was there my worm had entered.  He took me to Wikepedia and a worm called Koobface, and said the worm got in through social networking sites ie;FaceBook.  After agreeing to pay $179.99 for a year's protection, they took my credit card#  I fear I'm at risk for that, as well.  I'm continuing my investigation into this co.  Citrix is the method they use to gain access to your screen, So Citrix is my next call.  They need to be a bit more selective in who they allow to overtake someone's computer.
