On-Site Computer Care Rodney Pierce, Lessie Pierce Justify Stealing Thousands of Dollars by Falsely Attacking The Friendly Computers Franchise System Denham Springs, Louisiana

Mr. and Mrs. Rodney and Lessie Pierce, owners of On-Site Computer Care, located in Baton Rouge, LA belong to a very small group of former Friendly Computers franchisees who abandoned a franchise agreement to avoid paying royalties.

The Pierces changed the company name, discontinued royalty reporting, and stopped making royalty payments.  However, The Pierces continued to use proprietary documents, tools, and intellectual property that they stole from Friendly Computers.  The Pierces, to this day, continues to utilize a business model that they misappropriated from the Friendly Computers Franchise System.
 
It is unfortunate that these former franchisees attempt to justify stealing thousands of dollars by falsely attacking The Friendly Computers Franchise system.  They also continually slander our Familys integrity and commitment to our customers and franchisees. They use this justification to disregard a contract they signed.  Instead, they focus their attention on finding flaws in a system that they refused to follow.  By misplacing blame, they are able to rationalize their disassociation with the Friendly Computers Franchise System.  They can reason away the obligations of an agreement they signed, yet continue to utilize and profit from the tools they learned from us.  And somehow, they are able to justify fraud and slander, all in an effort to escape payment of royalties.
 
What The Pierces conveniently omit from all of their statements is their own culpability in committing fraud.
