I purchased a 2.7 liter engine from Marvin Ziegler at 110 Eunice Drive Lafayette, Louisiana in November of 2005.
My mechanic installed the motor and it ran for around 3000 miles and went out.
I contacted Marvin about the proper way to handle the motor so as not to void the warranty. He told me to have my mechanic pull the motor and ship it to him without breaking any of the seals so he could perform an inspection to determine the cause of the failure.
That is the last time I have been able to communicate with Marvin. He will not return phone calls and he has had my motor since March of '06.
I hope we can join together as a group and combine resources and compare notes to first of all put him out of business. Then get legal representation to get our investments back.
We all know that he is probably doing this to more than just the ones on this site.
Lets go after him.
