My family purchased a package of vehicle detailing certificates from Daniel Justin Crespo, the owner of On the Move Detailing in Tampa, Florida. The purchase was during Christmas of 2016 and at first the company completed a detail or two as agreed. Since then we have attempted to schedule detailing for our vehicles and have been met with excuses to cancel appointments, missed and no show appointments or just had our texts ignored when trying to reschedule another detail after a no show by Daniels company.

Currently there are at least 7 detail certificates that have not been honored and now Daniel is saying he sold the company and he believes the new owner would make things right. I am sure others have had the same experience with this company and individual since this is really just a way to scam people by selling detail packages in advanced and stalling when they try to use them. The scam victims finally give up after the excuses and lies, allowing Daniel Justin Crespo to keep money with the belief no one will spend time pursuing legal action for a few hundred dollars lost.

The problem is I truly believe he has done this to many other people making the total value to him far more than a few hundred dollars. He is so good at making up reasons why the details cannot be completed that we cannot be the only victims.
