On Time Garage Doors Owner Isaac Manser Installed wrong parts and will not return calls Florida

I contacted On Time Garage Doors to see what was wrong with my garage door.  They showed and and first thing I was told I need to pay them $55 for coming out.  Next I was told I need new springs on my garage door. So $400 dollars later I had 2 new springs.  They left it was late and my garage door was closed.   The next morning I opened my garage door and when I tried to close it it was stuck.   I called the company and they where sending some one over by noon.  Well at 7pm no one showed up and they stopped answering my calls.   I called another company since I could not get the garage door closed.  Lucky for me this guy came over.   The metal rope coil was stuck and to the snapping point after an hour the new garage door guy got the door closed.  He informed us the "new coils" where the wrong size , we also new 4 not 2, and the metal rope coil was not put back on correctly.  Also if we kept trying to close the door it would most likely fall off and hurt some one. He told us to call the company and let them know They need to come out and fix the door correctly. 

On Time Garage Doors would not answer my calls.  They did answer when I used a different phone number.   I was told by the owner Isaac Manser no one would be coming out and since the door is closed I seem to have no problem.  I told him the door does not open and the coils need to be replaced with the correct size. He told me " it won't be happening"     At this point i told him I would report him to the BBB he told me he had ways of dealing with people like me.
