Once Driven They got my phone number from the Internet then offered me helping in selling my car after paying 189$ but they didn't Internet

Once driven is a spam. they told me they will help me to sell my car after paying 189$ by using some marketing techniqs and they will pay me the money back if I could sell my car without their help or they were unable to sell it in 45 days.

After signing in I checked their policy which is completely different.

It says that I loose my fee money if I couldn't sell my car within 45 days but they will continue marketing my car.

I was fool and said yes, gave them the money through a cridet card, but they've never called back and nothing happend.
