This scam operation is soon to cease. The FCC, Attorney General, and FBI have been notified. Do not pay any money to this scam.
As a reciepient of this scam I am angry. The internet should not be a playing field for these criminals. The rope is closing in on all of them. Navicomm and One Call will end! I repeat, do not pay for these erroneous bills. Arrests are in process.
