One Click Cash sold personal info/multiple atm withdrawls/refusal , Internet

I had borrowed 300 from them in dec, 2010. The first payment they took out was in 3 seperate transactions; 90, 90, and 30. Called to find out why that happened and was given the run around.

My loan agreement was for the spenddown method to pay it off in 4 payments. Come to find out not true and was falsly advertised on the webpage.

I have been getting harassing calls at my work and on my personal cell phone from a phishing company claiming I owe money for a loan I never took out. One click cash denies this while admitting that they know of these guys and was told not to talk to them.

Please stop this company before they ruin good peoples lives with their scams and outright illegal actions on personal info and account stealing.
