One day sale ray bans Wouldn't change my shipping address or cancel my order. China Internet

So I have bought from this site a while back. Someone at my work showed me and said that raybans is having a one day sale one their site. Well come to find out its an ongoing one day sale.

When I first bought from this site the price they charged me was different then the price I was confirmed for. They said it was because of the currency differences. And when my package had came it said from China. Very very weird but when I saw what seems to be really good knock offs I thought how cool I got raybans for 45$ and let me tell you the site looks exactly like the REAL raybans website.

So just recently I tried to order apair for my boyfriends birthday and so i went through all the information, they said they my email wasnt registered which was weird because I bought from them before. So I registered again. I paid for the the raybans and got a confirmation seconds after about my order number and everything.  

Then I see that my city on my address is wrong! So right away I contact them. I give them my order number and said i need to switch this city for this one on this order. And this is the email I get back from someone named Cedric Legarreta "Dear Customer. Thanks for your support. Sorry for causing trouble, I'm sorry! we can not check your order information from your order number. Or you mail that you used when registering to buy!
tks. have a nice day.

This is ridiculous. If they can send me a confirmation number seconds after ordering then you do have my information plus that's the worst writing for a customer service provider. I emailed back I need to cancel my order. They asked why and I told them cause they wont change my shipping address. Well i get a response that says to send them my new shipping address and they will fix it. So i do and they get back to me saying it is too late to change its already shipped. So again i say i need to cancel and they respond with saying that I'll mbe charged a 6% fee for canceling. 

After all this back and forth bs I just canceled my card and I'm running a dispute with them now. 

Dont buy from them!!! Serious knock offs because my raybans didnt even last! And they dont even match my boyfriends real ones!
