Kari Coble accepted a horse from Vickie d**k, whom adopted horse named Sozo from AAPI. Ms Coble knew the horse was under adoption contract and has refused to give the hose back to AAPI. Coble has adopted him out under One Dog at a Time and has done so illegally. Vicke d**k was sued in court and AAPI won. Coble still refuses to return Sozo to AAPI. It has come to our attention that Ms. Coble has LIED to alot of dog owners by promising to help them and then adopting out thier dogs and again refusing to return them. Ms. Coble is currently being sued for the return of Sozo and all costs involved in his return to AAPI. Now how could any so called rescue be so shady and be involved inillegal action? I have attached a picture of Sozo and the results of Vickie d**k lawsuit. So if you have Sozo you have him illegally and need to contact AAPI immediately at 724-698-5147 before the sherrif comes knocking on your door which will not be long now as procedure has been filed thru Court of Common Please.

sorry VD has not EVER owned the horse named SOZO he was adopted under contratc agreement that clearly states she does NOT own said animal. AAPi is the rightful legal owner. ODAAT has stolen property and refused AAPI the right to regain their LEGAL property. Ms VD admitted in court giving sozo to ODAAT/Keri Coble instaed of returning sozo as per her contract which she breeched. If you see AAPI has sued VD and won. As you have seen ODAAT//Coble are being sued in the court of common please to the sum of $7,000 and the return of Sozo. NOw what so called rescue would take another rescues property (KNOWINGLY) and hide it and refuse to return it knowing it is under contract??? do your homework! The court of common Pleas will prove sozo in fact is stolen property and return him.

VD is a well-known hoarder. The dog warden has a large file on her and she has been banned from adopting from various shelters throughout the country. In any case, if VD violated her contract with AAPI, then AAPI has every right to pursue that matter in court. However, the horse is not "stolen property" as VD was the legal owner and transferred ownership, legally, to ODAAT. The matter you describe is purely a civil one, which I am certain you have already been told by the police else you wouldn't have taken the matter to civil court. By stating that she has committed a crime when you know this matter is in fact a civil one, you have opened yourself up to the possibility of a civil suit for libel.
FWIW, I have no stake in this matter and no relationship with ODAAT or Coble. I simply came across this when searching for another matter related to this rescue.
