One Enchanted Evening - Donna And The Owner (wouldn't Tell Me Her Name) Ordered wrong dresses, tried not to give us negotiated discount, RUDE, Ignored bride to be while in store Wexford Pennsylvania

My fianc bought her wedding dress and all of her bridesmaids at One Enchanted Evening They agreed on a discount to be given to all of the Bridesmaids and every time one of the girls went to pay for their dress, the discount was not given. We then had to call and fight to get the discount we were promised. They also charge over $80.00 for dress alterations and were once charged $25.00 for wasting their time; no I'm not kidding. Every time I call to straighten something out I get put on hold for 10 minutes and EVERYBODY including the managers have a huge attitude. Yesterday one of the bridesmaids picked up their dress which saw ordered in as a regular and came in as a long. (The store placed the order wrong) She was told that they have no record of the order and they would fix the dress for $40.00. Also, before you sign their contract, read it! It states in the contract that if you take them to court you have to pay for their attorney and court fees.

I have never wrote a review like this online but these people have screwed our whole wedding party so much I wanted to warn other brides to be.

UPDATE: They have agreed to alter the dresses that were too long for free. They ordered in the wrong size slip for the wedding dress and are deciding weither to let us return it. (since it was open because she tried it on before doublechecking the size)

I called and tried speaking to the owner. She hung up on me twice and was the most unprofessional businessman I have ever spoken to; screaming and swearing at me. "It's my store and I can do whatever the F%#^ I want!"

My fiance went to pick all of the dresses up yestereday and yet another bridesmaids dress was wrong. She then told the manager that she was taking the dresses elsewear for alterations and was ignored by the staff for 20 minutes.
