I bought three expensive products from this company for my cats. Within only a few months, all of the pieces were falling apart even though my cats are all well below the weight limit that the company specified. I found out today that the company no longer sells this product but when I called them, they said that I was the only person who complained about the product and that they would not help me trouble shoot in any way.
I would not buy from One Fast Cat again! Buyer beware because this company does not stand behind the products that they make. I would have been better off buying cardboard boxes - they would have held up far better than what this company charged me almost 300 dollars for.
