I signed up for a free trial of their genealogy service, to try them out. However, they charged me for a full membership. When I emailed them about it, they said that they were not going to refund my money because it was in their agreement policy when I signed up. I am also reporting them to the BBB if they do not refund my money. This is an example of extremely bad customer service, if not outright fraud.
