One Lite Diet Oneliteforskolin.org Charged my credit card repeatedly tampa florida

 I ordered “FREE TRIAL” of Forskolin on August 22 for shipping charges.  There was no address on the email or the package nor packing slip. (THAT’S SHADY!)

Capital One supervisor and I spoke to a representative who said I did not cancel in time.  She stated that … The first charge of $92 was for the TRIAL BOTTLE.  Yet it states FREE BOTTLE TRIAL OFFER on their website.   This is fraudulent charging me for a bottle marked free.

I insisted all I have is the one bottle which they also charge me a second  $92 and why was I being charge for bottle that wasn’t shipped?

Now I realize the only bottle I received has 60 pills.  Which means I NEVER RECEIVED THE TRIAL OFFER OF 30 PILLS of which I was charged $92 and any paperwork and timeframes associated with it.

When the order of 60 pills came – I assumed it was my trial offer.  I called to cancel, but no one seemed to care about my cancellation – thank goodness no more came… why? 

Because the timeline to cancel was LONG GONE.  Since I never received the trial offer.  Looking through ripoffreport I see other people weren’t getting their product deliveries either.

When we asked for their address today the lady said she wasn’t authorized to give it and hung up on myself and Capital One without trying to resolve anything.  (THAT’S JUST SHADY.)  I found the address in this forum.
