Michael Gregoretti is a terrible real estate agent. He cost me over 8,000$ in escrow account because apparently his degree in hospitality gives him expertise in home improvement costs. The buyer of my home asked him a question about fixing something and Mike, with his napoleon complex, and huge ego, quoted him a price he had no idea if it was even close to the cost of repair.

He had no duty to disclose any of this information. Unfortunately my new home was already purchased and I had had to accept the terms MY REPRESENTATIVE?? Gave to the home buyers. Mike also took it upon himself to go through cabinets and draws in my home during an open house, without permission, and put out cups of vinegar in every room because he believed it makes home smell fresh.

What else did he go through?? Was he sniffing my wife’s panties in her drawers?? Was he looking for valuables?? Who knows. Do not trust this so called real estate agent!!
