One Source Talent Day Spa worst Day Spa in NY over charged me 499 will not refund my money New York New York

I called, reserved my spot a week in advaince, they said they only charged me a dollar on my card to hold the place. So things happened and I cancelled and then they put the full day through on my card. I was like listen you cant do this, so the manager got on the phone and yelled at me. So I went down there, I asked them for my money back and they called the cops, and are pressing charges because they lied and said I threatened them by throwing my hands in the air and pointing at them.  So now they refuse to give me my money, I spent a night in jail, and they are threatening to sue me because they claim they have evidence I broke their store windows. So now I'm suing those bitches as thats a lie. Dont go there, Its a tiny cramped space that smells like Jersey on low tide. Complete scam
