One Step Plumbing & Contracting - Granite Pipeline Inspection Update: Markham Ontario

On February 20th, 2008 I was working in the vicinity of One Step Plumbing's head office & decided to drop in for a visit. The company had recently sent me a letter (January 28th, 2008) stating they would send me my record of employment, T4 slips and the remainding balance of monies owing to me upon written response from me so they may "forward a payment immediately, thereby, putting complete closure to this situation".
I responded by email the following day and waited.... and waited. Upon my arrival at One Step Plumbings' office I saw the vice president of operations, Nadia Persaud and the president, Jeff Wright. Jeff Wright came over to talk to me at the front door of the business and would not tell me why I still have not been paid. Only that he was "up to his neck in it". His reasoning behind not responding to my email or telephone messages was because of my "hostile approach to the situation".
Nadia Persaud told me that she had personally sent my record of employment to my mailing address 6 days prior, to which I found rather an odd statement as I had not yet received anything.
Again, I walked out of the office empty handed with no resolvement of the matter. It is now March 1st, 2008 and I have STILL not received my statement of earnings from the company.
