One Stop Auto & Collision Center In August 2011, One Stop Auto Collision Center, was to make repairs to my RV, 2 monts and $2,900.00 later still no repairs have been made El Mirage , Arizona

In August of this year, I contacted, One Stop Auto Collision Center, to make some repairs to my RV to pass emission and replace the alternator.
At the time of my initial contact with the service personnel, (Gilbert) my RV was in the possession of another shop whos testing shown the pistol need repairs  and estimated the cost to be between of $ 2, 000.00 dollars to $ 3,000.00 Dollars. I did not have that kind of money and it was at this time I contacted One Stop Auto Collision Center.  
I talked the personnel named Gilbert and explain what the other auto repair company stated about what needed to be repair and the cost and he told me the repairs would cost $ 1, 200.00 dollars and he needed $ 900.00 Dollars before he could get started, I gave him $900.00 Dollars and informed Gilbert he would had to tow the other shop.
Gilbert said that would cost $200.00 Dollars to tow the vehicle he stated he would tow it.
I got a call from the other shop to pick up my RV a week later and phoned Gilbert to see why the RV had not been picked up for servicing.

 One stop service person was to tow the vehicle from 67 th avenue in Glendale to 11925 NW. Grand Avenue, El mirage AZ 85335; however, in defiant to the other shop request for One Stop Auto Collision Center to tow the vehicle the service person drove the vehicle to One Stop Auto Collision Center. The service person (Gilbert) said the RV stopped on his onetime but he got it to the shop without towing it and during the drive he noticed a suspension problem; it was at that time the suspension check and service was added to the service of repairs of the original order to replace the pistol and the alternator. The service person (Gilbert) stated he asked the other shop what was wrong with the RV and they informed Gilbert that their testing showed the RV was in need of pistol repair and he also stated, they kept asking his for the tow truck stating the vehicle was towed in and it needed to be towed out of their shop.

 Gilbert drove the RV to his shop on August 3, 2011, stating it would be two weeks before he could get started on the repairs and they would call after checking the RV and call. No one called in three days I visit the shop the service personnel (Gilbert) informed me that the heads were cracked and that need repairs. Gilbert stated the cost would be $ 3, 500, 00 and he would need $ 2, 000.00 MORE to get started. I gave Gilbert the $ 2, 000.00 dollars leaving a balance of $ 600.00 Dollars.

  It has been two months and I have yet to get the RV; every time the day and time comes to pick up the RV through the week I am told it will be Saturday, when Saturday comes I am told pick it up on Monday.  This has been going on for six weeks counting.

 Two weeks ago, Gilbert lowered the balance from $ 600.00 Dollars to $ 400.00 Dollars, yet I still cannot get the RV.
RV was to be returned with prove of smog & the service repaired of suspension, pistols & heads and replace alternator.
I really dont know what to do, they never covered the furniture nor protected the carpet and furniture is dirty!
