One Stop Auto Mall Dishonest and Deceptive Used Car Sales Trade Practices Glendale Arizona

Dec 12, 2014 Purchased 2002 Ford Expedition XLT SUV from One Stop Auto Mall only. At time of purchase there was ABS light for brakes appearing on dash. Allen the owner at One Stop Auto Mall drove it to mechanic after sale to get repaired only to return a hour and half later to say they didn't have one in stock but would take care of it. Allen never called me back so I called him. He said that it was a $15.00 part to repair. His employee Frank also told me vehicle had never been wrecked at time of purchase. After two and half weeks driving down freeway vehicle started losing power and check engine light flashing. It stopped cutting out and ran fine a few days longer when all the sudden the vehicle wouldn't run over 35 mph. Had mechanic shop check vehicle out only to learn that the motor had water inside cylinders due to cracked intake manifold. Mechanics informed me the ABS light would require $800. 00 module to be replaced which Allen's mechanic said was a $15.00 fix. The heater wouldn't heat due to heater core being bypassed due to another $800 - $900 to repair that as well. Total cost to repair this vehicle came to almost $1500.00 to get vehicle running again. I as well as my wife tried to get Allen to do the right thing but he didn't so my advise to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should not do business with this used car dealer.
