One Stop Chem is a telemarketing scam. The operator Jack Kelly (not his real name ) claims to have locations throughout the U.S. and a manufacturing facility in the north east. Mr. Kelly also claims to be a chemical engineer to both his prospective employees and customers. His first scam is to prospective employees. He brings you in to call on what he explains are trade show leads. Wherein you will cpntact people who have expressed interest in his products from trade shows. If those people are intersted in purchaseing he will then speak with them to collect payment and so forth. As a prespective employee you will work for him for sometimes as long as a few weeks, then he will tell you he is moving the office which he has done 4 times in the past year and then not pay you for hours worked, even after hours upon hours of shifts worked and calls with sales made.

His second scam in the business itself - it does not exist. He has one closet sized office that he moves from location to location and no plant or product to deliever. He leads customers down the path to buy one of two products but to date does not ever deliever them. He targets Farmersmostly.

He does not have other locations. He is not a chemical engineer. He does not provide the product he sells.
